To do this, download the Team Viewer application and then contact us.

- Download and launch the TeamViewer application from the link above
- After starting, wait until the code appears in the Your ID field
3. Give this code to the technician – after a while the technician will ask you for the password.
4. When the technician connects to your computer correctly, you’ll see an active connection message.
