Program registration
To be able to use the purchased program with an Internet license, as well as the free version of Orthodontics for a period of 3 months, you must register it. To do this, provide data such as:
- Name
- Second Name
- E-mail address
- Company name (optional)
- Telephone number (optional)
These data are used for possibly communicating with the user.
An internet connection is required to register!
To run the program, it is necessary to find the ORTODONCJA 9 program icon on the computer desktop.
The first time you start the program, an information window will appear about the first use of the program, in which you should select the Yes option.
After choosing the “Yes” option, a registration window will appear in which you will be required to provide your data:
When the process is successful, a message will appear, followed by a window with license details:
However, if the activation process fails, make sure that:
- All required data has been entered
- Email address is valid
- An internet connection is active and working
- This is the first registration of the Ortodoncja 9 program on this computer
During program registration, a message may appear that the program has already been registered, then you must contact the program’s manufacturer to check the license. In the email, please provide license details, i.e. program key and A / B computer ID.
The message appears when the program has already been installed on the computer.

During registration, the “Problems with the application license” window may also appear, if the message appeared during the first installation of the program on your computer, please register the program and follow the instructions in the user manual.
In the event of a message appearing when starting the program, please select the Show license details option and then contact the program manufacturer to provide information, i.e. the program key and the computer ID A / B.
