E-mail notifications are an additional option available in the program that allows you to automatically send information and notifications about upcoming visits to patients.

This option is an addition and must be manually enabled.

For the correct functioning of e-mail notifications in the program, it is necessary to correctly complete the e-mail address in the patient’s general information.

To enable the email notification option, enter the tools and then the settings in the program.

Then, in the newly opened tab, select the communication tab.

To enable email notifications, select “Enable patient email”.

WARNING!

Under the heading “Email address for contacting customers” IMPERATIVE enter your email address.

The email address provided will be used for return communication with the patient.
