Transferring the program to a new computer
Sooner or later each of us will have to change the computer, and with it the need to move the program from one computer to another.
In order to transfer the program to another computer:
- Start a new computer.
- Install the latest version of the program from our website.
- After installing the program, restart your computer. Restarting the computer ensures that the program installation process is completed correctly.
- Run the program. When starting the program for the first time, you will need to register the program. After registering the program, the program will start automatically.
REMEMBER!
The program installed on the new computer starts with a license valid ONLY for three months.
In order to extend the license according to the purchased version of the program, please contact us. We will then transfer the license from the old computer to the new one.
However, before you decide to do so, please read the instructions for transferring the program license and the instructions for moving the patient database.
REMEMBER!
Before you take any steps, do the following:
- Back up the database to external storage media
- Back up templates from the template editor
