Patient’s consent

Patient consent is one of the main documents available in the Orthodontics program.

This document is available in the Referrals tab.

Patient’s consent consists of:

• patient data
• recognition
• treatment plan
• patient’s consent for orthodontic treatment
• conservative treatment – dental control
• complications
• recommendations for an orthodontic patient
• retention information
• patient statements

All elements of Patient’s Consent (except patient data and recognition) can be modified to suit your needs in the Template Editor.

Customized texts in the template editor will be visible in the Orthodontics program. This means that we do not have to make the necessary changes to the text each time.
