Personal data
The personal data pane is located in the upper left area of the window. When the patient has 3D models loaded, the window with personal data is presented in a summary form.
After minimizing the 3D models, the personal data window contains the following data:
- First name and last name
- Start date of treatment
- Duration of treatment
- Attending physician
- Date of birth
- Address
- place
- Phone numbers
- pesel
- Profession
- Sex
Based on the entered data, the following are automatically calculated and displayed:
- Estimated end date of treatment
- Degree of treatment progress (progress bar with percentage)
- Number of months remaining until (projected) termination of treatment
- Age
In addition to this data, you can also quickly see the tooth diagram showing the state of the patient’s teeth (such as entered in the Research tab) – click on the bottom icon:
The left icon is used to mark defects and seals of the patient.
The right icon is used to view the condition of the patient’s teeth, taking into account the presence of: crowns, bridges, performed extractions, root canal treatment or current milk teeth. You can also mark missing teeth on the diagram.
All changes in the diagram can be made in the TESTS tab in the first section, “1. Teeth condition”.
Directly below the patient’s personal data there are two more windows:
- 3D patient model – option available to users with a 3D module
- A summary of the most important information from the examination and interview – this window lists all the changes, irregularities and deviations from the norm introduced in the general interview and examination tabs.
